We meet with you to introduce ourselves and our services. We actively listen to you telling us your needs and requirements, the processes involved in the business and the customers/sectors you serve. We take a quick tour of your premises to get a feel for where you are as an organisation in terms of seeking Certification.

We decide whether we are a good fit for your services or whether you would benefit from having someone more experienced in your sector.

We provide you with a business proposal clearly outlining the services to be provided and our FIXED FEE Schedule for the Project – Yes, that way you are in total clarity of the project cost.

Assuming you accept our business proposal, we set a date to commence the project.  This, more often than not, is a presentation to all staff on what are quality and ISO 9001 requirements and our approach to implementation and project management.

We also conduct a high level review of current management systems and records.

Finally, we produce an initial implementation plan for tracking project progress. The plan is then updated at the end of each visit clearly showing plan against actual progress.

Gaining an understanding of your business – here we again, actively listen to you telling us how you currently run your business and so while you are talking, we paraphrase what you said and develop drafts of detailed process maps showing clearly the risk control points in the process.

In addition, we develop a quality plan for each process which clearly outlines the inputs and outputs.  Also, while is it is not a requirement to have a full risk register in place, we will assist in the development of same, should you require it.

We audit all areas of the business and map out all requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.  We produce a report of the areas needing attention and areas for improvement.

We log all findings and agree on a timeline for full implementation.

We agree on the best way forward for your business and we provide templates for areas where the business needs them, to generate the necessary records.

We work with top management to establish strategic direction and objectives and cascade them down into meaningful business objectives.

While you are working on steps 7-9, we will develop your Documented System.

We re-audit the QMS and verify the effectiveness of actions taken – once we are happy that all areas have been addressed, you are ready for your registration audit.

We apply on your behalf, to the most appropriate Certification Body for registration and assist in the Certification audit.
